The Young Physiologists' Symposium

We would like to congratulate Adrianna Teriakidis on winning The Young Physiologists' Symposium oral communication prize in Dublin.  The Young Physiologist's Symposium is organised and run by postgraduate students with the aim of providing an opportunity for scientific and cultural exchanges, as well as collaborative interactions among young scientists from undergraduate to postdoctoral level from across the globe.

Adrianna Teriakidis, of The Euan MacDonald Centre for Motor Neurone Disease Research, won the prize for the best talk on ‘Muscle Physiology: Function and Dysfunction' for her presentation on "Motor unit size-dependent intrinsic withdrawal during postnatal development of mouse muscle." Congratulations Adrianna!
